I have filed my taxes in Turbo tax and they got accepted as usual = been doing it for years now. This time the state refund came and I planned on a payment plan for my Federal like I did last year. So far even though accepted they have not withdrawn the first payment or setup the online recurring ones I have done.
Trying to call IRS is not letting me get to anyone.
how can i fix this issue.
