Federal rejected fpr PIN but when I try to update it says I am amending. It also shows another amount other than the original one. How do I fix this? Desktop home and business

If your federal return was originally rejected, it was never filed. Make sure you are logged in using the same credentials that you used to prepare your original return. Please see this link to verify the accounts you may have under your information.
