Filed my taxes on 11/15 and received confirmation however it would not let me efile, asked that I print documents, now I can't find docs in order to print

received confirmation that I had been charged but now I can't find the documents when I sign in to print out and mail, just trying to find out if I need to start over.

Here's a screen shot I made.

To finish 2015 you can sign into your account and on the My Tax Timeline Welcome Back page, download the tax file.  It will end in .tax2015.  Then you can open it in the  Desktop installed program to continue so you don't have to start over.  See screen shot.  If you paid for the Online version you can call in and ask for the Desktop program download.

I "think" that the info below is what you're looking for.  You'll find the instructions to print and file by mail.  Please post back if you have further difficulty.

The steps above can no longer be done, since users cannot open the 2015 return in Online TurboTax anymore, so they cannot continue return to get to the FILE tab.

User:
When you log in, what do you encounter in the 2015 Tax Timeline?  Does it tell you that online TurboTax is closed and points you toward desktop software and downloading the *.tax2015 data file?

Or does TurboTax think you were finished?   i.e., do you see any evidence of the 2015 return PDF file in the 2015 Tax Timeline?   See if this FAQ is helpful:

Also make sure that you don't have multiple accounts and could be signing into the wrong one.  To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  If you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

NOTE: Before running the tool, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to:

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "I don't know my email address or User ID", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
