“I filed my taxes using TurboTax on April 11th and selected the option to receive my refund 5 days early. However, I mistakenly entered a wire number instead of the routing number, so I haven’t received the money yet. They said they would mail me a check instead. when should I expect it to arrive

They removed the fee for the "5 day early" offer. Now you just have to watch your mailbox for a normal first class mail delivery which typically takes 5-10 days. Open all mail even if it looks like junk mail.
