Question

Filed then amended. Original filing showed 6000 refund.. Amended shows I Owe 2000. The bank shows the charge of -2000. Will i see the original refund sent to my bank?

We can't be sure. We always recommend that the original return is fully process before filing an amendment.

The IRS may have caught an error and corrected it.
You won't know until you get a tax notice.
Or the amended return could be processed and the original amount reduced.
Or you could get the full refund in which case you would have to pay it back.
