Question

For the total it’s saying the state and refund together but am I getting my state refund or do they garnish it cause it’s not saying it for status ?

Your federal and state refunds are separate so just because it does not say a status for your state, does not mean it is being garnished.

 

However, if you have back state or federal obligations, it is possible that you refund is being garnished.  If so, they should send you a letter, if they do not, you will need to check with the state for that.
