Has anyone else had a problem getting a tax year 2023 refund. My refund somehow disappeared between the IRS and the distributing bank

Does the IRS refund site show that your 2023 refund was issued?

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund:

Thank you for replying. Yes, I did contact Santa Barbara Bank. The only answer I received was that the refund had been deposited in my account. It hadn’t. They suggested I call my bank and/or the IRS , again. They showed no concern and just left me to investigate the problem on my own. To sum up, TurboTax was no help, the IRS was no help, Santa Barbara was no help , and my bank was no help
