I think I accidentally set up automatic withdrawals for my estimated tax quarterly payments for 2025.  My returns have been checked and I am ready to file and I’m having a hard time deleting that form or changing the auto withdrawal

TurboTax does not have the ability to auto-debit your account for the estimated tax payments.

If you want to pay the estimated taxes from a bank account then go to this IRS payment website - https://www.irs.gov/payments

If you signed up to pay all or part of your estimated tax payments electronically, you would have had to do that through the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System. Per the website, If it's two or more business days before your payment is scheduled to be made, click on Payments from the home page, login, then click Cancel a Tax Payment from the left menu and follow the instructions.

@Wallacehw   What state?  If you are in New York and use the Desktop program it might  allow users to schedule direct debit estimated tax payments to NY state.
