Question

help with k-1(form 104) box 11D and the amount thats listed. Do i need to put that amount in as a negative in the passive loss carryover even tho its dosent show as neg?

    No, enter the number for Form 1041 Schedule K-1 Box 11 Code D as a positive number, even if it is presented with a minus sign. For this box, capital loss carryovers are assumed to be negative.
