There is not a separate section in your state return to enter state tax withholdings. All withholdings are entered through tax documents entered as part of your Federal return.
If the state tax withholdings are incorrect, you will need to check the amounts that were entered as part of your tax forms such as W-2s, Form 1099-Rs, or other forms that include withholding amounts.
There is also a section in the Federal return where you can enter taxes that were withheld from other sources (for example if a K-1 reported state withholdings). You would go to Deductions and Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > Other Income Taxes > Other Income Taxes Paid in 2024 > Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099 to enter this type of state withholding.
