How can I find my 2010 return?

For some reason I got a garnishment notice from the state I mostly and currently live in. The tax year they are saying I owed taxes, 2010, I lived and worked in a different state.

Sorry- TurboTax and the IRS save returns for seven years. A 2010 return is long gone.

The IRS only retains federal tax returns for the past seven years, so they will not have a copy of the 2010 federal return.
