Question

How can I revise the signatures for a joint return that has not been submitted yet? I accidentally entered them in the wrong order.

Secondary spouse entered details into the primary taxpayer field for signature.

Do you mean you are filing by mail and you mixed up who signed first?   Print out page 2 again and sign.
