How do I access a copy of the ACH debit authorization that Turbotax provided last year to include with my mailed return?

Check your Filing Instructions from your printed or saved return for last year for details on how you elected to pay your balance due. 

 

If you elected to pay by check, a Payment Voucher Form 1040-V would be included with your return.  Direct Debit is not an option when filing by mail.
