How do I amend my 2024 K-1?

I forgot to add my spouse on to my K-1

Do you mean you did not add your spouse on the 1065 and a K-1 was not generated for them?

If so, you will need to go back into your business return and select Amend My return at the start screen. One you do that you can go to the partners section and Add a partner.

You will need to print and mail the 1065-X to the IRS as it is not a form that can be e-filed.
