How do you know a tax return was fraudulently filed with your tax information if you have not filed your tax return?

You do not amend a return that was filed fraudulently.

If you are the victim of Identity Theft, follow the steps in this link to report and file your returns.

If someone filed using your TurboTax account you can contact support for help with your account.
