How do I change my direct deposit bank?

I need to update the bank information for the Direct Deposit, how do I do that? It doesn't give me an option to do that at the File process.

    You have to go to Step 2 in the FILE section.

    You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.
