I'm trying to change my direct deposit information but I have no option to update or delete my old banking information. I was on the phone with a employee for an hour and I still cant change it. using the community help post does not help since it looks like its outdated information with old versions of TurboTax. how is it this more complicated than actual taxes...

HOW TO CHANGE OR ENTER BANKING INFORMATION FOR REFUND

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

I haven't submitted anything beacuse I can't change my direct deposit info.

is my question hard to answer? I'm trying to change my direct deposit information before I submit and I continue with turbotax fees and charges.
