How do I delete the schedule 3. I am amending return to remove it

I look at my 1040X and the 6000 payment for 2024 is still there, need to remove it, the sched 3 does not show up to be deleted? Help

What type of payment are you trying to remove that is recorded on Schedule 3?

What line of Schedule 3 is the payment on?

Are you using TurboTax Online or the desktop TurboTax software?

Basically you can't just delete Schedule 3. You have to go to where the payment is entered or where it's coming from and delete it there. Then Schedule 3 will disappear. If you provide more detailed information about the payment you are trying to remove, we should be able to give you instructions for how to remove it.
