How do I edit my bank account information in order to get my refund?

The instructions provided by TurboTax to this question cannot be implemented because the options do not appear on the screen.

You have to go to Step 2 in the FILE section.

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.

You can update your bank account in the FILE section of the return.
