Sorry you can't use Turbo Tax to amend 2020 or prior.  You will have to go somewhere else or get the forms  from the IRS and do it by hand.

You probably have to do it manually unless you happen to have the 2017 program and can get it work.

You have not mentioned why you want to amend a 2017 return.   But it is too late to get a better refund for 2017 by amending.
