Can I review the individual detail of my and my wife's 1099Div forms before I file our return

You have two options.

First, you can navigate back to the input section as applicable and review the entries there. Please see Where do I enter my 1099-DIV in TurboTax Online to get to the input section for your 1099-DIV forms.

You also have the option of previewing your forms by following the instructions in this link. Compare the amounts reported Schedule B to review your dividend income to your 1099-DIV forms.
