How do I get my 2023 tax refund?

I filed my taxes and received my state refund through my bank. I got a letter stating further verification was needed and to complete some steps on the irs website. I completed the steps and it said I would receive a check in the mail. However before receiving anymore mail or check I had moved. My previous address didn’t forward it to my current address so I’m just wondering if I can still get it.
