How do I know if my taxes were filed last year

I sent my tax return W-2 to my wife last year to file for me because I’m currently out of the country. She told me that she hadn’t received it back from H&R Block. Is there anyway to see if my taxes were filed together with hers or just haven’t gotten filed

You can request a tax return transcript from the IRS.  The current year and previous three years are available.  See the following information to learn more:
