How do I recover my deleted 2021 turbotax software

Thank you for your quick response.

Currently I'm between TurboTax and Costco.

I purchased my 2021 TuroTax from Costco online.

I still have the license key for my 2021 version.

I talked to CostCo customer service, and they said they cannot do anything.

I then talked to TurboTax customer support, and they said they cannot do anything.

The link you sent, will not bring up my product but instead the 2 sub-links are only software requirements and install directions.

Any ideas of what I can do?

@gemstars Not sure if this will work but you may be able to access a download of the 2021 desktop software by signing onto this website - https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/productsBilling/turbotax
