Question

How do I remove "Live Assist". I didn't use it and I didn't want it in the first place. Tried to follow instructions in help and it's not showing option to remove.

    If you started in TurboTax Live You can clear your return and start over as long as you haven’t paid yet. 

    • After clearing your return, you can select the TurboTax product that best suits your needs.

    How do I remove TurboTax Live?
