How long does it take for my tax return status to show up on the IRS website? (https://sa.www4.irs.gov/wmr/shared_secrets)

It takes a few days before anything will show there. Also make sure you are entering the correct Federal refund amount and not the combined Federal and State refund. Also make sure you are entering your full federal refund amount, not the amount you would get if you had fees taken out.

I don't know where you got that link you posted or whether it ends up in the same place.    In any case this is the current and usual link for the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool:

https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund

If you efiled, and it was accepted (double-check to confirm), your info should show up in the tool after 24 hours.

Use the Federal refund amount on your Form 1040, Line 35a.

Yes, those links go to the same place. My concern is that the IRS website is acting like the information doesn't match, so I hope it's just not in their system yet. I mailed the returns on the 15th.

15th of March??  For a postal mailed return, it usually takes 4 weeks to show up in the tool.
