Can you clarify if you are referring to a TurboTax refund or a IRS or State refund?

It depends on the circumstances. But if you have already spoken to customer service and they refunded your money then they should have told you the length of time that you may have to wait at that point. You may also want to check the email that you received when the refund was issued.
