How long does it take to see a deposit for child support arrears? My child's father is past due nearly $1200 and pays by state DCS . Will his return bring him current?

 Has anyone received their child support tax yet ??  Mine has come September 5 for the past two years but it has not got here yet 

What do you mean you can see the payment in the records?? Maybe you saw it a couple days before it was deposited. I'm on my 6th month but I called and they said at the end of the 6th month even tho it was intercepted April 3rd I thought it would be around the 3rd of Oct

I was just wondering ladies? How long was it before you got your baby daddies refund deposit, I’m getting his for the very first time and it’s exciting considering he never pays me anything, well he just got his letter Thursday March 12th 2020, about what time should I be looking forward to the funds? 

Hi, I can see the payment posted on March 9th in the child support website it’s showing in my account under payments, how long you think before they release it to my card? 

thanks for the info on your experience. One question for you, was it 4 mo from the date shown in your CS account? I can see it in my account as of March 9 but not yet released. So 4mo from that date? Although I know it can take up to 6. 

How long do it take to get my child stimulus check. From her father who is in back child support for 52,000.00

My name is Markita. And I'm going through this same thing. My ex stimulus check was taken back in April. He receives disability. His wife didn't file him on her taxes. I called dhr but was told they don't see the payment. Why is the irs holding the funds. I need that money for my son. I shouldn't have to keep waiting. My ex is behind over $11,000 in back support.

My ex received a letter in March 2020 that his 2019 taxes were taken for back child support and told me the amount. I called ORS throughout the year and was given several dates. "Check back in Sept, check back in Oct, check back in Nov, check back in Jan, then check back after March 31st" they are trying to say that the stimulus checks are on hold because there may be errors. Im not asking about the stimulus amounts I'm asking about the taxes they've been holding on to. I was told "we can't tell which amount is taxes and which amount is stimulus so we have to hold on to all of it". How many millions of dollars is ORS "holding on to" while making interest, while these fatherless children miss out on financial support? All for a bs reason that "we can't tell which deposit is taxes"? I dont think this should be legal. How do we file complaint about this???

LOL - I am and haven't been on AID and whatever he has NEVER paid me I WANT IT ALL. PERIOD! 

His settlement and whatever he gets will come to me. I raised my son on my OWN his entire life and now this man wants to grow up and work and do things he should have been doing oh well. It's going to rain over here and I'm patiently waiting for MINES- we went through the courts 23 years ago - he ran from his responsibility.  You have a great day and ONLY God can JUDGE me.
