How to I update of change my direct deposit account on TurboTax online?

On the file page it already has an account from last year save. I need to change that to a different one.

    You have to go to Step 2 in the FILE section.

    You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.  The IRS does not allow it.
