Question

I accidentally filed twice. Once with Direct File via IRS and accidentally with Turbo Tax. What should I do?

And I paid the Turbo Tax fee. Brain sensory overload.

If you filed using Direct File with the IRS and the IRS accepted your tax return, then when you tried to e-file your tax return using TurboTax, the tax return would have been rejected by the IRS.

 

For any type of billing problem, you will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance.  Use the key words Billing Issue
