Question

I Am a J1 student and im supposed to get a full refund on my taxes why it shows me deductions and it doesnt allow me to get back all my taxes?

If you are a J-1 Student and are not counting your days present in the US to be a Resident alien, and you are considered a Non-Resident Alien, then you would need to file a form 1040NR, not a form 1040.
