Question

I am unable to print my tax returns directly from TurboTax or from the pdf document I saved.

I have a Mac computer and I'm using Firefox. I used TurboTax last year and did not have any problem.

There was a known issue with printing from a Mac, but it has been resolved. Can you try Chrome or Edge? If you are using an online version, be sure to clear cache & cookies. If you are using a desktop version of the software, be sure all updates are installed.
