Question

I believe I received a letter to contact you all about my federal taxes, both states to be accepted, but then the letter. Still processing at IRS, but state was issued.

Fed and state accepted on 3/3, then on 3/7 received letter stating federal wasn't accepted. They are still processing on IRS site, where as state has been processed, accepted, and received. I can't find the letter now and have no idea what to do.

Once your return was ACCEPTED, TurboTax has sent the information to the IRS and the IRS has accepted it.  It does not change back to unaccepted.  It sounds like the IRS is reviewing the return. You will need to contact them directly at Let us help you.
