Question

I cannot print my return after paying for the TurboTax filing fees. I go to print center and request to print, but the program doesn't prepare a print file

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
