Question

I completed my taxes and downloaded the returns. The mailing instructions are supposed to be on the first page of returns but aren't. Where can I get them?

    Are you using TurboTax Desktop or Online? This was a problem but was corrected in a recent update.

     

    You may need to do a manual update. 

    What is a manual update?

     

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window

    Online.  In fact, Turbo tax on line is not even showing my worksheet anymore.I can only log in and download or print.  I would think I would need to regenerate the PDF and re-download but I cannot revisit my returns.
