Question

I couldn't get back my state ( Colorado ) taxes back ı just get Federal taxes . It was from previous year. What should I do ?

If you didn't receive your Colorado refund from a previous year, you will need to contact Taxpayer Service at 303-238-7378.

 

Normally the State Tax Department will send you a notice if they are adjusting or offsetting your refund.  If it is possible that your refund was intercepted, please see: Colorado Intercepted Refunds.
