Question

I decided to mail my federal and state return after I submitted my payment to e-file my state return. Can I get a refund for the state return?

If you used online TurboTax,the fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope; there is no extra e-file fee.

 

If you use the desktop download, there is a $25 state e-file fee and you can avoid that fee if you mail the state return.
