Please explain what that means and what tax year return you are referring to. Did you prepare a 2024 online return in Online TurboTax, and now when you log in to your account, there's no evidence of it, and it's acting like it wants you to start a new one? If that's the case, you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one, and we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
Or is it a past return that you are unable to find? Or something else?
