Solved

I did not sign up for TurboTax Advantage and I want my stolen monies back. If I don't hear back today I am disputing this illegal charge with Bank of America?

These are unethical business practices by Intuit.

This is a user forum, not TurboTax Customer Support.  Have you ever been a TurboTax Advantage member before?  You would need to cancel your membership, if so, as it is a recurring automatic membership.

I'm sure TurboTax Customer Support will be able to help resolve your issue.  Please use the information below to contact Customer Support during business hours.  So sorry for the confusion.
