First, what is "it?"  We don't know what "it" you are looking at.

 

What is displayed at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

And how did you pay your TurboTax fees?   Did you pay the fees upfront with credit/debit card, or did you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund (which involves a third-party intermediary bank)?
