Question
I efiled Fed Tax but want to mail my State. I've followed instructions from TT, cleared cache/cookies, still can't print. FRUSTRATED!!!! Does anyone know a solution?
I've worked on this problem often, on different days. It looks to me like TT is doing all they can to make you spend money to e-file state. Another tactic by TT is forcing customers to purchase e-file for state in order to e-file Federal. I learned that I had to delete state forms to only e-file Federal. TT is forcing me to find a program that doesn't resort to underhanded practices to pad their bottom line.
