I filed married but separately now I want to amend my return to married filing jointly would my wife have to file her return now?

I filed married but separately my wife has not filed. We realized it was a mistake and I will amend my return. Should my wife file now or wait to show all on mine?

    Just amend your return to include her income and your filing status to jointly.
