I filed my taxes 4/4 I already got my state refund but I am still waiting for my federal refund?

Check the IRS Where's My Refund page.   To get the current status of your federal refund, you need:

 

  • Your Social Security or individual taxpayer ID number (ITIN)
  • Your filing status
  • The exact refund amount on your return
