Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

STATE RETURN

Make sure your state return was accepted:  https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

TurboTax doesn't have information on your federal or state refunds after you e=file your returns. Sometimes your refund may be held up if there's an error or the state may send you a letter requesting additional information..

You can check your refund on the Indiana Department of Revenue website Indiana Taxpayer Information Management Engine (INTIME).  If you want to contact the Department of Revenue to find out why your refund is delayed, refer to the DOR Contact Us for contact information.

Same here. When I call they say it is still processing. But their online system says it should only take 3 weeks if you e-file. So what the heck is going on?
