Question

I filed three federal returns for the family. (e-file)Now, when starting Turbi tax, the returns ARE NOT showing in the tax application. Where are they?

When initiating Turbo tax, on my desk top, the E-filed returns are now missing. Why?

They are stored on your own hard drive--not in an online account.   When you use desktop software you save your returns to your own computer or to any back up device like a flash drive.
