I forgot to put my name and ssn on my form crypto 8949

I got a prefilled form from coinbase nd forgot to put my name and SSN on it but i already mailed it. Is this going to be an issue? Thank you

Probably not but you will have to wait & see.

Any tax form that is submitted on paper and by snail mail should include the name and Social Security number of the taxpayer on each page.

Also make sure that you retain a copy of what was submitted should you be contacted by a tax authority at a later time.

Did IRS came back with update or rejected your return? Did you have to amend and send the updated 8949?
