I have a question about my amended return.
Is there any possible way to change your account number on an amended return? Also, do I have to file it through the mail or can I do it through TurboTax online?
If you are getting a refund they only mail checks, no direct deposit. So an account number doesn't matter. If you have a tax due you have to include a check or go to the IRS website to pay.
