I don't know what that means. You'll likely have to explain that some other way. So far your issue is not clear except that it has something to do with a state refund and that you say your efiled state return was accepted for processing. TurboTax is owned by Intuit, so I'm not sure why you are mentioning Intuit as a separate entity.

Moreover, TurboTax does not do any "approving" on its end and doesn't know if or when a state refund has been approved by the state tax agency. TurboTax only knows if an efiled state return has been accepted for processing or not.
