Check the payments in your Intuit Account.

 

  1. On the left sidebar
  2. in the lower portion
  3. Select Intuit Account
  4. There will be a new menu at the top of the sidebar
  5. Select Products & billing
  6. Confirm the payment here.

If the payment is not posted, you can call the TurboTax Support Phone Number
