Question

I hit continue in the tax program and an ad appears instead of the next step in my return. How do I avoid this?

I am in the middle of doing my taxes and the program doesn't seem to work. It kicks me to an add instead of the next step. Does anyone know why that is happening?

    I'm not sure what the add is , or if your in the Online or Desktop Software.

    • If there is a menu bar available, click a topic.
    • Is there a BACK button, or Exit?
    • Did you simply try the ESC Key on you keyboard?
